All bookings are for your own private group unless you request to be joined with another smaller group and both parties agree.

Are Walk-ins OK?

YES, if we have staff available at the time that you would like to book a room, otherwise you may be asked to come back later.

Are individuals required to sign waivers?

Anyone under 18 must have a parent or guardian sign a waiver.

What is your cancellation policy?

The price of booking an escape room is non-refundable, unless a cancellation protection is bought. Cancellation protection lets you reschedule or cancel your booking for a full refund up to 24 hours before your reservation.

What is the Age Requirement?

Recommended age to play is 12 years and up. Anyone under 16 must be accompanied by a paid adult.

What time should I arrive?

Please arrive 15 minutes before your scheduled game. Guests are briefed about the theme and objective of the room. This allows everyone to enjoy the full 60 minutes of escaping it
