ABOUT OUR E-COMMERCE WEBSITE

Tri County Metals’ e-commerce website is a fully-functional online webstore, currently only available to registered contractor customers, where users can place orders and manage their account all in one place. From the webstore navigation, contractor customers can review past orders, place orders from existing estimates, modify existing estimates, duplicate orders, pay on their account with TCM, and much more. This guide is a resource for both contactor customers and employees to best understand how to navigate and get the most our of this powerful online resource.

Shipping / Pickup Zip code error – some missing ZIP code and/or county in the contractor’s existing contact info in our accounting system may cause an error when selecting store pick up or delivery. Make sure your standard address information includes your ZIP code in NetSuite.
