Lauren’s work was amazing! As a dental hygienist, my neck and shoulder muscles are always tense causing pain by the end of the week. Lauren was able to identify the strained muscles and work out the tension making my next week at work much more tolerable. I highly recommend her services!

Bodywork
Bodywork sessions start with a full assessment of your posture and movement, allowing your therapists to hone in on key problem areas that are likely to be at the root of your pain. Skills and techniques can range from myofascial release, neuromuscular therapy, stretching, and movement, all in order to reduce pain, free up tension, improve posture, and return the structure back to its original state. Bodywork is intended for people looking to reduce stress and tension, but more importantly, feel better and more pain free in their bodies.
Sports Recovery
Our sports recovery session blends a host of techniques designed to generate heat and circulation, promote muscle and tissue repair, and regenerate nourishing fluids within the joints. Anyone looking to get back to what they love, from professionals to motivated movers will love their pace of recovery and the guidance our therapists provide to ensure the safest and most effective tools for healthy movement.
Full Body Resets
Full body resets are Body Heal Therapy’s unique take on a full body session. Our resets focus on deep, targeted work that covers multiple areas of the body for general tension relief, stress reduction, and a lighter more fluid body that navigates the demands of life with more ease. Resets are best for global tension relief, stress reduction, and even a happier disposition.
Myofascial Release
NMT is a style of work that targets deep intramuscular tension through deep glides, static, deep compressions, and positional release. NMT is best for chronic pain, long standing soft tissue pathologies and acute pain, flexibility, and general sports recovery.
Neuromuscular Therapy
NMT is a style of work that targets intramuscular tension through deep glides, static, deep compressions, and positional release. NMT is best for chronic pain, long standing soft tissue pathologies and acute pain, flexibility, and general sports recovery.
Cupping
Cupping is manual therapy through cups, often suctioning tissue away from deeper layers of tension and offering a unique and often much needed release in areas of tension and restriction. Cupping is best for sports recovery, releasing tissue that is “stuck together” and those hard to stretch places. Cupping is also good for general improvements in circulation, and better tissue mobility.
Consultation
A consultation is designed to help us understand what you would like addressed. After listening to your needs we will employ various assessments to determine if what we offer can help in any way.
Instrument Assisted Soft Tissue Therapy (IASTM)
IASTM is a form of manual therapy that utilizes tools to scrape adhesive tissue, release scars, and release stubborn areas of injury, and melt exercise induced tension. Good for scar tissue release, post-surgical rehab, sports injuries, and body contouring.
What People Are Saying
I started seeing Lauren for debilitating headaches, jaw, and neck pain. I noticed a difference after just one visit, it was amazing! She is very knowledgeable and always explains which muscles could be causing my pain. I highly recommend seeing Lauren for all your Bodywork needs!
Since having neck surgery years ago, any stress I have goes to the base of my skull and shoulders. She mainly works on my shoulders to keep the muscles loose, since my job can be very stressful. She’s very knowledgeable and eager to help!
Lauren has always has a passion and determination of service, athletics, and learning.
She has always been someone to put others before herself, including her family, her friends, and her teammates. She lends both hands to those in need without hesitation.
Lauren has participated in sports from the recreational level to the colligate level. With that being said, she has dealt with many curveballs throughout her athletic career. These setbacks are what sparked the passion for massage and bodywork therapy in Lauren. Being an athlete herself, she knows what it takes to train properly and maintain self-care regularly through many avenues in order to prevent and treat new chronic injuries.
Through massage and bodywork therapy, she can provide for other though treatment, educate on other pain, posture, and performance, and continuing to learn each and every day herself.
