As an experienced entrepreneur, Mrs. Pullen brings an abundance of business operations expertise to the PSCI family. Alissa is the bedrock of daily operations.  Her leadership skills touch every aspect of day-to-day activities including- front office management, human resources, financials, accounting, contracts management, customer relations and proposal generation thus ensuring an efficient, effective and professional office.  She collaborates with the CEO and other team members to develop long-term strategies.  Her role as president, is multifaceted and central to the successful functioning of PSCI
