CASE MANAGERS
We have qualified case managers that are manadted to home visits in order to maintain communication with the client and the family.this is necessary to ensure to help the caretaker stay on a positive course and remaim reliable and effective with providing personal care and assisting with daily living activities.
SERVICE COORDINATORS
Our service coordinators Establish the plan of care for our clients and schedule the time for the care giver that best suits the client effectively. Also our qualified service coordinators ensure that the care giver is fulfilling their duties as determined by the case managers , which may include
