Refund Policy

1. Introduction

We strive to provide the best possible care and services for your child. This Refund Policy outlines our procedures and conditions for refunds.

2. Eligibility for Refunds

Enrollment Fees: Enrollment fees are non-refundable. This fee covers the cost of processing and securing your child’s spot in our program.

Tuition Fees: Tuition fees for services are refundable under certain conditions as outlined below.

3. Refund Conditions

Cancellation by Parent:

  1. Notice Period: If you wish to cancel your child’s enrollment, you must provide written notice at least 30 days prior to the end of the current billing period.
  2. Refund Amount: If the required notice period is provided, you will receive a refund for any unused portion of the tuition fees, minus any administrative fees as specified in your enrollment agreement.

Cancellation by Kids of Character Learning Center, LLC:

  1. Notice Period: If we need to cancel services for any reason, we will provide written notice as soon as possible.
  2. Refund Amount: In the event of cancellation by us, we will issue a full refund for any unused portion of the tuition fees.

4. Non-Refundable Fees

  1. Registration Fees: Non-refundable.
  2. Materials Fees: Fees for any materials or supplies are non-refundable once they have been provided.

5. Processing Refunds

Refunds will be processed within 30 days of receiving a valid cancellation notice. Refunds will be issued using the same payment method used for the original payment.

6. Changes to Policy

We reserve the right to modify this Refund Policy at any time. Changes will be posted on our website with the updated effective date. We encourage you to review this policy periodically.
