REFUND POLICY

It is the customers responsibility to inspect and report any issues; defects to Galaxy Candle Co. within 10 days of delivery.  All claims reported after that period will not be honored.

Customer will receive their refund in the form of the original payment.

Tips for burning scented candles

  1. Never leave a burning candle unattended.  Unattended burning candles create a serious fire hazard.
  2. Always place a burning candle on a heat resistant surface
  3. Keep burning candles out of the path of and drafts.
  4. For most scented candles you should keep the wick trimmed to 1/8”
  5. To get the most powerful fragrance from your candle allow the top of your candle to create a complete burn pool before extinguishing the flame.  This will also keep the candle from funneling down the center of the container, and will get the most burn hours from your candle.
  6. When your candle only has ½ inch of wax left in the container it is time to replace it.

Galaxy Candle Company candles are made by using a soy/coconut wax, and the best wick to ensure proper burn time, and fragrance throw.  We scent our candles very heavily, and therefore we create our candles without any other additives like dye.
