Refund Policy
Kennel Vision offers a 100% satisfaction guarantee. We will refund a deposit or the full payment if illness, death, or unexpected occurrence that shall negatively affect the said purchased puppy or offer a replacement puppy of equal value.
Deposit Policy
The buyer has 90 days after the deposit to provide “Full Payment” of the chosen puppy. If the buyer fails to provide “Full Payment” the deposit is forfeited, and non-refundable. The said chosen puppy will be available for sale per KennelVision.com. The buyer may use the deposit to apply to a different puppy of choice, if the buyer does not apply the deposit to purchase a different puppy, the deposit is non-refundable.
Payment Installment Plan:
Once the deposit is funded, the buyer has the option to pay (3) installment payments on the (1st) of each month, to pay off the remaining balance of the purchase of said puppy.
