1. Ticket Sales

  • All ticket sales are final. Refunds are only available if the event is officially canceled.
  • Prices may vary by release tier (e.g., early bird, general admission).
  • Entry requires a valid ticket and government-issued ID.

2. Age Requirement

This is a 21+ event. Please bring valid ID.

3. Guest Conduct

We expect all attendees to treat each other with respect. Anyone acting disruptively or unsafely may be asked to leave without refund.

4. BYOL (Bring Your Own Liquor)

This is a partially BYOL event. While we’ll have licensed bartenders serving alcohol, guests may also bring sealed bottles.

5. Media Notice

By attending, you give us permission to photograph, film, and record you during the event. These may be used for future marketing and promotional purposes.

ÄfroFête and its affiliates are not responsible for injuries, lost items, or other damages. If you choose to consume outside food or beverages, you do so at your own discretion.
