Our story began with a simple piece of advice from a wise man – “work smarter, not harder.” These words were passed down to me by my father, a hardworking man who dedicated his life to the carpentry trade. As a fourth-generation carpenter, I knew firsthand the physical toll that manual labor could take on the body.

At the age of 36, I realized that I needed to make a change. I couldn’t continue to wear my body down day after day. But, I also knew that I wanted to continue to serve my community in a meaningful way. That’s when I had the idea to create a breakfast business.

I saw a need in my community for affordable, healthy breakfast options. Too often, I saw my fellow working-class citizens relying on caffeine, nicotine, and gas station food to fuel their day. As someone who understands the importance of a nutritious breakfast, I felt a sense of obligation to provide a better option.

I set out to create a business that would nourish not only the bodies of my customers but also their minds and souls. I wanted to create a place where people could come together over a delicious meal and feel a sense of community.

And so, our breakfast burrito business was born. We use only the freshest and highest quality ingredients to create breakfast options that are both healthy and affordable. We believe that breakfast truly is the most important meal of the day, and we’re proud to provide a better option for our community.
