POOL REPAIRS

Our Simple Process

When you choose to move forward with Blue Dream Custom Pools LLC, you are choosing a Dream Team that will make give you a flawless experience from start to finish. We are confident that we are the company to move forward with the design and construction of your dream pool, patio, or outdoor living space.

proc1

Excavation

Our contracted excavators will use either a track-hoe or a front-end loader to dig your pool according to the final blueprints that have been signed off by the homeowner and a representative of Blue Dream Custom Pools LLC. The crew will also set a form board around the perimeter of the pool to show the elevation and shape of the pool.
proc2

Steel/Rebar

The next step is to have our steel/rebar crew to form a steel cage in the shape of your pool. They will form the top perimeter, walls, floors, skimmers, lights, spa, and benches according to your blueprint drawing. The steel/rebar crew is also responsible for bonding the steel cage, as well as handrails and diving jigs. This bonding will take place when your steel/rebar is installed. Don’t be alarmed that there is no steel for the entrance to steps. The steps will be solid concrete shaped with trowels.
proc3

Plumbing

The plumbers will set the skimmers, drains, and returns into the steel/rebar work, and trench underground to the location of the pool equipment. They will plumb the pumps, filter, and heater as well as attach all required valves.
proc4

Shell/Gunite

At this stage we are ready to install the concrete (gunite) shell of your pool and/or spa. Our crew will pneumatically spray and apply gunite through a large hose and shape the gunite to form the walls and floor of your new pool. The gunite shell may have a very rough texture to it that will allow the plaster finish to adhere to it.
