The Co-Founders of Blue Skies Aviation & Logistics LLC are among the United States’ leaders in air ambulance and transplant flying. Our Co-CEO, Scott Pritchard, founded Transplant Transportation Services, Inc. (“TTSI”) in 2008. Designing a model later replicated by many, TTSI led the nation in true flights annually. In 2017, TTSI was acquired by one of the nation’s leading air ambulance companies.

Now, partnered with our Co-CEO, John Burruel, who led the flight organization as Director of Operations and CEO, providing the majority of the lift to TTSI, the knowledge base is absolutely unmatched. Groundbreaking concepts such as the “Hot Stanby Protocol,” now a nationally accepted practice, was developed, proven and documented via a white paper presented in parntership with DNW.

Blue Skies Aviation & Logistics LLC provides consultary services for select Organ Procurement Organizations and transplant centers. Our intent is to continue to honor the Gift of Life by aiding in the creation of best practices surrounding safety, timeliness, organ delivery, decreased discard rates, patient safety and waste mitigation.
