I was incredibly impressed with Evan! He was extremely thorough and applied great pressure the entire time. I typically leave massages feeling underwhelmed and wishing I would’ve spoken up about either using more pressure or hitting a different area. Not with Evan! He knew exactly what my body needed and my pain was completely gone after our session

Bodywork
Bodywork sessions start with a full assessment of your posture and movement, allowing your therapists to hone in on key problem areas that are likely to be at the root of your pain. Skills and techniques can range from myofascial release, neuromuscular therapy, stretching, and movement, all in order to reduce pain, free up tension, improve posture, and return the structure back to its original state. Bodywork is intended for people looking to reduce stress and tension, but more importantly, feel better and more pain free in their bodies.
Sports Recovery
Our sports recovery session blends a host of techniques designed to generate heat and circulation, promote muscle and tissue repair, and regenerate nourishing fluids within the joints. Anyone looking to get back to what they love, from professionals to motivated movers will love their pace of recovery and the guidance our therapists provide to ensure the safest and most effective tools for healthy movement.

What People Are Saying
Incredible experience, great knowledge must go to if you are looking for bodywork in the Dilworth area
I have been seeing Evan at Bodyheal Therapy Dilworth over the last several months. He has helped to alleviate pain associated with a shoulder injury. He has also provided deep tissue and bodywork to help support recovery from weightlifting. I am incredibly impressed by his technique and bedside manner. I highly recommend Evan for regular massage or targeted bodywork.
I am a cyclist and booked with Evan to address hip pain I was experiencing while riding my bike. Evan is knowledgeable about the body and was able to figure out which muscle was causing the issue. After a 90 minute session, I was pain-free and back on my bike!
Ever since Evan was a kid, he had a passion for sports and athletics. Constantly being outside, whether it was playing in the backyard with this older brothers, going on hikes, or playing organized sports he felt at home.
After being recruited to play baseball in collage, Evans athletic career was derailed by injury. Having gone through his own rehab, Evan realized that he too wanted to be the person to help other improve their health. This led him into the world of personal training, first starting out with athletes and eventually moving toward more functional movement. After two years of personal training, Evan realized there was more for him to do in the field.
This is how Evan found the field of massage and bodywork therapy. After two weeks at the North Carolina School of Advanced bodywork, Evan knew this was the missing link. Now, with hundreds of clients served and his growing knowledge of the body and manual therapy, Evan is proving that he was right.
Evan graduated from the North Carolina School of Advanced Bodywork in 2021.
