Josh is a good listener. He took time to hear my concerns ( needs and
wants) and provided a sound professional recommendations for the next
steps. A good balance between encouraging to leverage Body Heal to meet
my needs but also broader options to improve the overall quality of my life
related to the concerns I was seeing him for.

Bodywork
Bodywork sessions start with a full assessment of your posture and movement, allowing your therapists to hone in on key problem areas that are likely to be at the root of your pain. Skills and techniques can range from myofascial release, neuromuscular therapy, stretching, and movement, all in order to reduce pain, free up tension, improve posture, and return the structure back to its original state. Bodywork is intended for people looking to reduce stress and tension, but more importantly, feel better and more pain free in their bodies.
Sports Recovery
Our sports recovery session blends a host of techniques designed to generate heat and circulation, promote muscle and tissue repair, and regenerate nourishing fluids within the joints. Anyone looking to get back to what they love, from professionals to motivated movers will love their pace of recovery and the guidance our therapists provide to ensure the safest and most effective tools for healthy movement.
Full Body Resets
Full body resets are Body Heal Therapy’s unique take on a full body session. Our resets focus on deep, targeted work that covers multiple areas of the body for general tension relief, stress reduction, and a lighter more fluid body that navigates the demands of life with more ease. Resets are best for global tension relief, stress reduction, and even a happier disposition.
Myofascial Release
NMT is a style of work that targets deep intramuscular tension through deep glides, static, deep compressions, and positional release. NMT is best for chronic pain, long standing soft tissue pathologies and acute pain, flexibility, and general sports recovery.
Neuromuscular Therapy
NMT is a style of work that targets intramuscular tension through deep glides, static, deep compressions, and positional release. NMT is best for chronic pain, long standing soft tissue pathologies and acute pain, flexibility, and general sports recovery.
Instrument Assisted Soft Tissue Therapy (IASTM)
IASTM is a form of manual therapy that utilizes tools to scrape adhesive tissue, release scars, and release stubborn areas of injury, and melt exercise induced tension. Good for scar tissue release, post-surgical rehab, sports injuries, and body contouring.
Cupping
Cupping is manual therapy through cups, often suctioning tissue away from deeper layers of tension and offering a unique and often much needed release in areas of tension and restriction. Cupping is best for sports recovery, releasing tissue that is “stuck together” and those hard to stretch places. Cupping is also good for general improvements in circulation, and better tissue mobility.

What People Are Saying
Josh continues to impress me with his knowledge and expertise. I have
been able to do things I did not think I could do for some time. My mobility
is amazing since I began work and treatment with him. Thank You Josh.
I came to Josh with neck and plantar fasciitis issues and he was able to
resolve my neck issues same day. My plantar fasciitis was dramatically
reduced and I am so encouraged for continuing this process and getting
stronger because I can fully recover.
Josh has been excellent to work with over the last few months. I came for
lower back pain and during our first session he was able to identify where
my pain was coming from and he was very knowledgeable about what he
was doing. He is also great at communicating what he is doing throughout
the sessions and making sure that you feel comfortable.
