Decided to make a change within 2 hours of placing your order? No worries! You’ll receive a full Candy Kudos credit, which will be as delightful and ready-to-use as our candies. This credit will be wrapped up and added to your Candy Kudos account, waiting for your next sweet adventure.

A Little Later (After 2 hours and Before Shipment):

If the candy train has left the station, but hasn’t reached full speed (meaning your order is processed but not shipped), we’ll offer a Candy Kudos credit of the order value minus a tiny 10% sprinkle (processing fee). It’s our way of saying, “Hey, we’ve got your back!”

The Candy’s On Its Way (After Order Shipment):

Once our candy courier is en route with your treats, we can’t pull them back. So, unfortunately, no cancellations or credits can be offered for dispatched orders. But rest assured, the sweetness is on its way to brighten your day!

Unwrapping Your Candy Kudos Credit:

Your Candy Kudos credit is like a golden ticket, ready to unlock a world of delightful treats. It’s non-transferable and solely for your next sweet indulgence on our platform. It will magically pop up as a payment option the next time you check out.

Savoring the Moments (Credit Expiry):

Remember to use your Candy Kudos credit within 12 luscious months from its issue date. After that, like a fleeting candy floss moment, it will melt away.
