We have a seasoned construction Office Manager with more than 30 years of experience in the industry. She successfully manages and coordinates all office operations, including accounting, human resources, and marketing. Excels at building and maintaining positive relationships with clients and subcontractors.
Office Managers often wear many hats and are responsible for many important business functions such as Cash Management (often they’re responsible for both money coming in and going out the door), Accounting and bookkeeping, Human Resources, Sales, Project Management, and Customer Relationship Management (and employee relationship management!) to name just a few.
Not only are Office Managers involved in these processes, but they can also be closely involved with the interactions between the main company office and all of the job sites, keeping track of project deadlines, project progress, and much more.
Frequently, when office managers come to ACNW-Inc looking for help or guidance, it’s to understand managing project payment issues through lien rights or how to improve relationships with other contractors on a project. After talking to many of our customers, we’ve understood the pains felt by office managers who often wear many hats and juggle all of the responsibilities of running a small-to-medium business. For many office managers in the construction industry, finding a solution to non-payment is just a small portion of their overall job.

Frank Ulrich ~ Owner & Field Supervisor
Frank’s 33 years of experience in all
Phases of construction make him an ideal person to manage your project from a new build to an addition, down to adding a window or a door. There isn’t any project that doesn’t touch Frank’s knowledge and skillset. He handles schedules, material take-offs, the permitting process if needed, and the management of subs (if required) from start to finish.
As an experienced project manager, I have the knowledge and capability to plan, implement, and monitor projects from start to finish. I value efficient communication, organization, and creativity, which are integral components of a successful project management role.
My experience and qualifications as a project manager have allowed me to plan, implement, and oversee projects strategically. I can handle stressful and challenging situations with the utmost professionalism and grace.
He created the company slogan “We build it like it’s our own” because that’s the way his projects are done, as if it was his house. The projects are quality-driven, and he spends the extra time to not only listen to customers but to ensure the result is exactly what they want. Together with his wife Tammy, the two make a team that can handle anything a customer might throw their way. They always put the customer and their needs first and foremost.
