TB006 Therapy

TB006 Therapy

A New Frontier in Neuro-Inflammatory and Cognitive Health Support

At True Path Wellness, we’re dedicated to bringing the most advanced, research-based therapies to our clients through medically guided, precision-based care.
TB006 is an investigational monoclonal antibody therapy developed by TrueBinding, Inc., designed to target a key protein called Galectin-3 (Gal-3) — which plays a major role in inflammation, neurodegeneration, and aging.

How TB006 Works

Galectin-3 is a molecule involved in processes such as inflammation and the buildup of amyloid and tau proteins in the brain — factors linked to conditions like Alzheimer’s disease Parkinson’s disease and other cognitive disorders.
TB006 is designed to bind and neutralize Galectin-3, helping reduce neuroinflammatory activity and potentially slow or modify these degenerative pathways.

In early clinical trials and expanded access programs, TB006 has shown the potential to support clearer thinking, improved energy, and better quality of life — though results vary for each person depending on their genetic and biological profile.

Who Can Receive TB006

TB006 is currently an investigational therapy — it is not yet fully FDA-approved for general use, but it is available under the FDA’s Expanded Access Program (EAP) (sometimes called compassionate use) for eligible patients.
This means that under medical supervision, certain individuals living with Alzheimer’s or related neurodegenerative conditions may access this therapy when other options are limited.

At True Path Wellness, every candidate is carefully screened through a lab and genomic assessment to determine suitability.
Our medical director reviews all results before any treatment is prescribed, ensuring the process is safe, personalized, and fully compliant with regulatory standards.

 How the Process Works

  1. Initial Evaluation – Comprehensive lab testing helps us understand your inflammatory and genetic profile to see if TB006 may be appropriate.
  1. Medical Review – Our medical director evaluates your results and determines eligibility under the current FDA-approved Expanded Access framework.
  1. Infusion Therapy – TB006 is administered via intravenous (IV) infusion, typically as a series of four monthly sessions followed by re-evaluation to determine the need for future boosters.
  1. Follow-Up – Your response and lab results are monitored closely to optimize outcomes and ensure ongoing safety.

 Our Precision Approach

Because every person’s genetics, biology, and response patterns are unique, results vary.
At True Path Wellness, we integrate your genomic data with functional health strategies to support your system before, during, and after the infusion process — promoting whole-body balance and longevity.
