Hi, I’m Daniel Rodriguez, founder of True Path  Wellness. I was born and raised in Mexico and moved to the U.S. in 2005. My background as an industrial engineer and firefighter paramedic taught me discipline, resilience, and the importance of helping others. But my greatest lessons came from my own battle with Crohn’s disease.

In 2008, I began experiencing mild to severe symptoms, and by 2015 I was officially diagnosed. My world turned upside down — the pain, fatigue, and endless flare-ups started to control my life. I remember watching my children play while I sat on the sidelines, too exhausted to join in. One night, I asked my wife, “Is this it? Is this how my life is going to be from now on?”

That question changed everything. Together, we decided to search for answers beyond what traditional medicine could offer. That’s when we discovered Functional Medicine — a path that looked deeper, asked why, and focused on the whole person. Though it wasn’t mainstream at the time, we followed our instincts. Slowly, we found answers, healing, and most importantly — hope.

Today, after years of dedication and learning, I’ve been in remission for over six years and completely off traditional medications. My health, my energy, and my connection to life have been restored — and now it’s my mission to help others experience the same transformation.
