JonEB is a multi-talented artist whose artwork summons a range of feelings and a variety of emotional responses. His work is characterized by his imaginative visual experiences as he captures fragmented images of the world around him and translates it in mostly abstract, abstract figurative, and/or surrealist form. His artistic style is best described as a juxtaposition upon and within itself; “haphazardly-meticulous”, “rough-yet-refined”. With vibrant colors, deep textures and subtle marks, and at times repurposed materials, he’s able to create “colliding-harmony” with his premeditated aesthetic choices that are designed to evoke thoughts, feelings and emotions.
