Therapy

• Therapy is offered on a cash basis for Texas residents only. At this time, I provide therapy only in an individual format for adults aged 18 and over.  All intake documents and all assessments must be completed, and payment must be made prior to the first session.  If you have questions about the therapy, you may schedule one free 15-minute consultation prior to completing the forms.

Clinical Supervision

• Clinical Supervision is provided for Texas Licensed Professional Counselor Associates. Malpractice insurance is required. If you are new, please upload your resume and schedule a free interview session. Please review the contract and supervisory agreement in advance. If you have been interviewed and completed the contract, supervisory agreement form, and the fee agreement, you may schedule your session.

Consultation

• Consultation is provided for clients, attorneys, and prosecutors who are interested in expert testimony or general information on abuse or trauma, divorce, custody, or protective orders as it might relate to an upcoming case. Sessions are charged on a quarter hour basis and must be paid in advance.
• Forms

Expert Testimony

• If you have already had a consultation with me or previously used my expert services, please schedule the expected date and time for testimony. Please include any expected waiting time when scheduling. A two-week notice is essential so that I can make my schedule available. Please complete the fee agreement and make payment in advance unless other arrangements have been made.
• Virtual testimony is offered outside of Fort Bend County
