Your pathway to experiencing life from a more positive perspective is about to begin! Opening your root chakra is the first step to finding MORE Energy, MORE Balance, and a MORE optimistic outlook on life.
The root chakra (1st chakra) located at the base of your spine lays the foundation of the energy system. Unblocking your root chakra will help you feel more connected to the Earth, giving you the opportunity to feel secure allowing your energies to flow and move you positively forward in life.
I’m proud to present a Pathway to Positivity: a Root Chakra Opening Workshop. We will begin the pathway by grounding ourselves with the help of essential oils and setting our intentions with a group breathing exercise. Followed by a 45min flow designed to open your 1st chakra. Closing with a short meditation. All of this infused with the soothing sounds of the hand pan drum. Played by Maxwell Edison.
September 15th at Donovan Park Peoria, IL @6pm
