Shipping Policy
**WE DO SHIP WORLDWIDE **
All orders are required to go through 2-3 business days for processing. Larger orders can take up to 3-5 business days for processing. Once your order has been completed and prepared, your order will be shipped. Shipping is 3-7 business days. We do offer a standard shipping speed of 2-3 business days, and overnight shipping services for an additional fee. All orders only ship Monday – Friday. All overnight shipping orders must be submitted by 1 pm EST Monday- Friday to reach you by the next business day! WE DO NOT SHIP OVERNIGHT ORDERS ON SATURDAY OR SUNDAY!! Your order will be shipped on Monday morning & arrive at you Tuesday if you selected overnight shipping at checkout on Friday after 1 pm EST.
We can not cancel orders that “HAVE ALREADY BEEN ISSUED A TRACKING NUMBER”. If you decide to cancel your order after 24 hours from the purchase date. YOU WILL BE CHARGED A 10% RESTOCKING FEE!
DUE TO COVID-19, WE CAN NOT ACCEPT ANY RETURNS OR EXCHANGES AT THIS TIME!
We will cancel your order and issue a full refund if we can not ship your order within the requested time. Please allow up to 3-5 business days processing and 3-7 business days shipping. If we cancel your order due to failure to ship within the requested timeframe you will NOT be charged a 10% restock fee and you will receive a full refund. Please check with your bank after receiving an email from us about how long it will take to post back to your account.
If there is an issue with your order and you would like a refund. All refund requests need to be submitted with your Name, Email address, phone number, and Issue. All refund request goes through an approval process. Please allow 24-48 hours for a response. If your refund is approved, we will issue you a full refund and you will NOT be charged a 10% restocking fee. Please check with your bank after receiving an email from us about how long it will take to post back to your account.
